Notes on the data
- Metabolites were identified and quantified by ¹H-NMR spectroscopy.
- P-values reported as <0.001 are kept as text in the tables. The interactive charts treat them as the smallest values when sorting.
- The PCA plots on this site are computed from the published group means (log2-transformed, autoscaled) to give an overview. The published analyses used individual samples.
- Metabolite descriptions on the MetaBó-Cards are short general summaries. Follow the HMDB, PubChem, ChEBI and KEGG links for full reference information.
